German Foreign Minister surprise visit to kyiv

Rusia bombardea la ciudad de Járkov en “venganza” por los avances ucranios

Washington celebra los “alentadores” avances de las tropas ucranias

El Kremlin declina valorar los posibles avances del ejército ucranio
El Kremlin ha declinado este viernes comentar las informaciones sobre los considerables avances que, asegura, están consiguiendo las tropas ucranias con sus ofensivas en los frentes este y sur del país contra el ejército ruso. El portavoz del Gobierno, Dmitri Peskov, ha remitido a los periodistas al Ministerio ruso de Defensa, que dirige Serguéi Shoigu, al que distintas fuentes creen muy cuestionado por el Kremlin debido a los fracasos en la invasión de Ucrania.
Según han informado en las últimas horas el alto mando del ejército ucranio y el presidente del país, Volodímir Zelenski, las ofensivas lanzadas en los últimos días en la región de Jersón, al sur del país, y Járkov, en el noreste, han logrado hacer retroceder a los rusos en decenas de poblaciones (decenas, según el ejército) y grandes porciones de terreno (hasta 1.000 kilómetros cuadrados, según Zelenski).
Sin embargo, Peskov ha declinado contestar a preguntas sobre el frente de guerra, pidiendo a los periodistas que siguen sus comparecencias diarias que dirigieran esas preguntas al Ministerio de Defensa. Peskov no suele hablar demasiado del frente bélico, pero en otras ocasiones ha defendido que la “operación militar especial” va según lo previsto. Esta vez no ha sido así.
El Ministerio de Defensa está en manos de Serguéi Shoigu, al que la inteligencia británica, entre otras fuentes, cree en una precaria posición debida al mal desempeño de las tropas rusas en la invasión. En un primer momento, tuvieron que deshacer una ofensiva sobre Kiev tras ser rechazados por las defensas ucranias y centrarse en la región de Donbás, de mayoría prorrusa. Putin y Erdogan debatirán sobre el cumplimiento del acuerdo de exportación de cereales
El presidente de Rusia, Vladímir Putin, hablará la semana que viene en Samarcanda (Uzbekistán) con su homólogo turco, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, sobre la implementación del acuerdo de exportación de grano desde Ucrania y Rusia alcanzado en julio pasado, según ha informado este viernes el presidente turco y ha confirmado el Kremlin.
Según el portavoz de la presidencia rusa, Dmitri Peskov, esta conversación es “necesaria”, porque la forma en la que se cumple el pacto “no beneficia a los países pobres”. Esta semana, Putin afirmó que los países pobres estaban siendo “engañados” por Occidente, ya que gran parte de los buques que han salido de los puertos ucranios no estaban yendo a países vulnerables, sino a puertos de la UE. Afirmó entonces que “merece la pena pensar en cómo limitar los destinos de la exportación de granos y otros alimentos por esta ruta”.
“Es el primer tema del que hay que hablar", indicó Peskov, y agregó que los líderes de Rusia y Turquía también abordarán la situación en torno a los suministros de alimentos rusos a mercados internacionales, aspecto este en el que también Moscú denuncia incumplimientos por parte de los países occidentales.
Ucrania, a su vez, aseguró que dos tercios de los cereales que ya han salido de sus puertos en virtud del pacto respaldado por la ONU están destinados a los consumidores asiáticos y africanos. El Ministerio de Exteriores ucranio afirma que desde la puesta en marcha del acuerdo han salido barcos con grano ucraniano hacia puertos de Egipto, Yemen, Israel, Irán, India, China, la República de Corea, Libia, Somalia, Sudán, Yibuti, Turquía y países de la Unión Europea. - Ucrania afirma haber recuperado 1.000 kilómetros cuadrados en los últimos días. Las Fuerzas Armadas de Ucrania han asegurado este viernes haber matado a 650 militares rusos en el marco de los combates registrados en el último día, antes de agregar que durante los últimos tres días ha logrado avanzar 50 kilómetros en el marco de su contraofensiva en la región de Járkov (este). El presidente, Volodímir Zelenski, afirmó en su mensaje televisado de que sus tropas habían recuperado de manos rusas una superficie de 1.000 kilómetros cuadrados en sus ofensivas en el sur y el este.
- La ONU denuncia que Rusia no permite acceder a sus prisioneros de guerra. La jefa de la misión de la ONU para los derechos humanos en Ucrania, Matilda Bogner, ha denunciado este viernes que Rusia no está permitiendo el acceso a los prisioneros de guerra que mantiene en su poder, pese a las evidencias que dice tener el organismo de “torturas y malos tratos” recibidos por estos prisioneros en manos rusas. - Los Veintisiete restringirán desde el lunes los visados para ciudadanos rusos. La ONU denuncia que Rusia no permite acceder a sus prisioneros de guerra
La jefa de la misión de la ONU para los derechos humanos en Ucrania, Matilda Bogner, ha denunciado este viernes que Rusia no está permitiendo el acceso a los prisioneros de guerra que mantiene en su poder, pese a las evidencias que dice tener el organismo de “torturas y malos tratos” recibidos por estos prisioneros en manos rusas. La misión también dice tener informes de malos tratos por parte de las autoridades ucranias a sus prisioneros.
“La Federación Rusa no ha facilitado acceso a los prisioneros de guerra retenidos en sus territorios o en territorios ocupados”, ha dicho Bogner en una conferencia de prensa en Ginebra. “Esto es lo má preocupante desde que documentamos que prisioneros de guerra en poder de la Federación Rusa y retenidos por el ejército ruso o por grupos armados aliados han sufrido torturas y malos tratos”, ha denunciado. Rusia niega cualquier tipo de maltrato a los prisioneros de guerra.
