During a physical examination in 1996, the doctor found a 5 cm tumor in his liver, which required surgery to remove a quarter of the liver; because his wife was a housewife and they had 3 children, he returned to work for a while. , but finally resigned in 2001 at the age of 50, and is now a canoe instructor.
"𠵱The family has become a savage." Luo Shuyuan said with a smile that his life has changed a lot after retirement. He pays great attention to diet. He no longer eats meat, processed food, fast food, and does not drink soft drinks. He only eats more vegetables, fruits, seafood, and often does exercise.
He has his own set of philosophies about health. For example, he only drank landscape water and "no shot" for the new crown vaccine. He also grows plantains, aloe vera, and cactus, and catches mussels, oysters, snails, etc. in the sea for consumption.
