The late Queen of England Elizabeth II has left behind a strange letter intended for the citizens of Sydney.
Its content remains unknown for the time being, since the former monarch gave instructions to open the envelope only in … 2085. That is 99 years after it was written.

The message was written and signed by the Queen in November 1986, during an official trip to Australia, reports the Daily Mail and the New York Post.
It is kept out of sight in the Queen Victoria Building in Australia's most populous city, Sydney.

The strict instruction is not to open it before (...) the year 2085 AD
", is it written on the envelope which bears the initials of Buckingham Palace.
A message to the “citizens of Sydney”
For the time being, nothing explains this choice of date on the part of the ex-monarch.
According to several media, even those close to the queen do not know what is written there: only the "
