On August 28, Isaiah Williams walked out of a motel in Phoenix, Arizona, armed with a semi-automatic rifle.
That night, the 24-year-old killed two people and injured four others, including two police officers.
State authorities have released the videos from the security cameras that show step by step what happened that fateful night.
In the footage, the shooter is seen leaving the motel wearing a bulletproof vest and tactical gear.
He was also carrying a Molotov cocktail that he tried to throw into a restaurant.
After shooting at random people and officers responding to the emergency call, Williams was found dead from a suspected self-inflicted gunshot wound.
