At about 0:00 in the morning, it was reported that a private car was driving along Ting Kok Road in Tai Po in the direction of Tai Mei Tuk. When it was on the way to the side of Chin House near Plover Bay, it was reported that cattle were haunting the road. The female driver of the private car saw this. Twisted and dodged, but lost control and overturned, with all four wheels upside down on the road.
Fire and ambulance crews rushed to the scene and rescued the female driver. Fortunately, she suffered minor injuries to her hand and was sent to the hospital for treatment.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
As for the cattle involved, they rested on the roadside afterwards and were not injured.
