Curled up in the hall of a building in Limeil-Brévannes, the young woman barely managed to call the police to tell of the nightmare that was the end of her night.
This Sunday, around 9 a.m., the Villeneuve-Saint-Georges police received her distress call and managed to arrest the man who allegedly abused her a few minutes later.
It all starts at the end of an evening, when the 31-year-old American decides to return and is about to call a taxi.
A man then offers to take her back, but eventually heads for his own home.
"The victim refused to get out of the vehicle, she screamed, was forced inside and after she suffered from a black hole," says a source familiar with the matter.
Screams heard in the building at 5 a.m.
The young woman wakes up several hours later, completely naked, and her attacker is fondling her private parts against her will.
She will eventually manage to descend into the lobby and sound the alarm, although she only speaks English.
One of the neighbors of the man in whose home the scene occurred confirms having heard cries around 5 am.

Faced with these two testimonies, the police, who called for reinforcements, broke down the door of the apartment in which the alleged attacker was still found.
He refused to open and settled into his living room.
Obviously still heavily alcoholic, he would have admitted "having tried to do something with the victim".
The young woman was taken as soon as possible to the medico-judicial unit of the intercommunal hospital of Créteil.
The man, also 31 years old, was taken into custody at the Villeneuve-Saint-Georges police station.
He is well known to the police and his file mentions in particular a total ban on registering on dating sites.
