(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 13 - An earthquake of magnitude 4.4 was recorded at 00:44 in front of the coast of Catanzaro, in Calabria.
According to the findings of the National Institute of Geophysics and Evulcanology (Ingv), the earthquake had a hypocenter at a depth of 36 km and an epicenter in the sea near Catanzaro Lido.
The quake was clearly felt by the population.
There are currently no reports of damage to people or things.
