After two days of intensive Russian bombardments on Ukrainian territory, kyiv appealed to its allies, Volodymyr Zelensky demanding additional resources.
Objective: to strengthen its anti-aircraft defense.
Call heard by Emmanuel Macron, who announced on France 2 this Wednesday evening that France was going to send new air defense systems to Ukraine.
"We are going to deliver radars, systems and missiles (anti-aircraft, editor's note) to protect (them) from attacks, in particular to protect them from drone attacks", assured the Head of State, guest of "L' Évènement”, the channel’s new political program.
The French president also repeated that France was considering delivering additional Caesar guns to Ukraine.

Emmanuel Macron promises radars, anti-aircraft missiles and cannons to Ukrainians
"We have delivered 18" since the start of the war, "we are working on the delivery of six additional guns with Denmark", he declared, explaining that these six Caesars were initially intended for the Danish army.
“We are trying to deliver them immediately to the Ukrainians,” he said.
“Come back around the table and negotiate”
After several consultation meetings, notably with NATO and the European Union, other allied states had announced new arms deliveries earlier in the day.
“The systems will be delivered as quickly as possible,” assured US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
“We will provide systems that we have (…) We will also try to provide additional ammunition for the systems that the Ukrainian forces are currently using,” he said.
For its part, Germany has indicated that it has already sent an "Iris-T SLM", a powerful anti-aircraft defense system.
“Next year, three more of these air defense systems will follow,” added German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht.
“A new era of air defense has begun” in Ukraine, welcomed Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiï Reznikov.
"Vladimir Putin must end this war", finally insisted Emmanuel Macron, inviting the two belligerent parties to start new discussions.
"At some point, it will be in Ukraine's and Russia's interest to come back to the table and negotiate," he said.
