The governor of the Russian province of Belgorod, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced that a fire broke out in the province's power plant as a result of the bombing of the Kyiv regime forces.
Today, Gladkov was quoted by the RIA Novosti news agency as saying: We will seek to remove the effects of the bombing as soon as possible, noting that an alternative source of energy will be turned on within 4 hours.
Gladkov added: The fire, which resulted in a power outage in some parts of the city, has been extinguished, and the water systems are operating normally.
