Laurent Petit, 59, three-star chef at the Clos des Sens restaurant in Annecy-le-Vieux (Haute-Savoie), has decided to separate from his establishment, his entourage said on Saturday.

With his wife Martine, Laurent has just formalized the transmission to his two co-directors to devote himself to other personal projects.

Long-time collaborators, Thomas Lorival and Franck Derouet, respectively executive chef and sommelier/dining room manager, signed the compromise on the sale of the business on September 29th.
