New blood and young talents collected by the exhibition of the new affiliates of the Fine Artists Union branch, at Al-Basel Exhibition Hall in Lattakia, as part of the activities of the Syrian Fine Art Days.

Twenty male and female artists participated in the exhibition, their works varied between photography and sculpture, through which they presented artistic paintings full of vibrant colors, and reflecting each artist's sense, talent and experience derived from reality with different experiences and art schools through an elegant visual dialogue that shows art in the best picture.

The head of the Union branch, Farid Raslan, confirmed to SANA reporter that the exhibition came as a first experience to display in the Union Hall, as they are new members and have previous participation in multiple exhibitions, indicating that these works constitute a good start for work for each artist to develop his experience and work, to reach better levels through their development of methods and techniques. Contributes to supplementing the fine art movement in the province.

Maha Yazigi expressed her happiness to participate in three sculptural works on olive wood, which give the artwork a distinctive spirit and meaning.

Afra Marwa, an engineer and graduate of the Fine Arts Center, participated in two works using the oil-painting technique, integrating colors with lead for a portrait, and the silent nature of a rural house embodying the realistic abstract trend in accurate details and emphasizing the importance of the exhibition, which constitutes a cross-fertilization of experiences, ideas and visions.

The participation of the artist Muhannad Sobh came with two works from the heritage of the Lattakia countryside and a silent nature, using oil colors to embody in his paintings the impressionist school.

Kiwan's life emphasized the importance of art in her life, as the first work she accomplished came from the heart of the war and the suffering caused by it, by embodying the image of a child screaming in search of the future, and another painting about Palestine in the image of a woman searching for a lost homeland with imaginary paintings from memory.

The artist, Atlal Al-Shamlat, embodied the spirit of motherhood through details and warm colors through a portrait of her son, who gave her true motherhood, using colors of joy and optimism, such as white, red and turquoise, which give hope for life.
