Murder of Lola, 12 years old: these few hours when the tragedy took place

The next day, a 24-year-old Algerian national, Dhabia B., was arrested in Bois-Colombes, in the Hauts-de-Seine.

The latter would have taken the child to her sister's apartment (who would live in the same building as the victim) and would have ordered him to take a shower, before committing

"sexual abuse and violence resulting in death"

on her. , specifies the Paris prosecutor's office.

The autopsy reveals that the schoolgirl died

"of cardiorespiratory failure with asphyxiation and signs of cervical compression"

Monday, October 17, Dahbia B. is indicted for "murder of a 15-year-old minor accompanied by rape, torture or acts of barbarism".

According to a source close to the investigation, this woman, arrested on August 20 at Orly airport, would have been notified of an obligation to leave the territory (OQTF) on August 21.

She had arrived in France in 2016 thanks to a student residence permit.

A 43-year-old man, suspected of having driven a vehicle between the 19th arrondissement and Asnières-sur-Seine in which the cash box was located, was also indicted for "concealment of a corpse".
