The facts occurred on Wednesday afternoon in the couple's pavilion located rue Hélène-Boucher, in the presence of their two children, aged 8 and 11.
It is one of the two, who would have attended the scene, who called the police station and his grandparents.
A man unknown to the police
“According to the first elements collected, the couple was talking about divorce, we inform the prosecution.
That afternoon, a conversation turned sour.
The man was then in the process of making a repair on their refrigerator with an adjustable wrench.
That's when he allegedly hit him.
He was previously unknown to the police.
No handrail had been filed for domestic violence.

The husband would then have left the scene before going to the Massy police station, claiming that he had killed his wife.
Arriving at the scene of the tragedy, the firefighters found the 41-year-old mother lying on the ground, unconscious, her face bleeding and in absolute emergency.
Taken to hospital, she was still in a coma on Saturday.
“A college of doctors must meet to attempt an operation,” informs the prosecution.
Their two children were placed with their grandparents.
A psychological evaluation will be put in place in the coming days.
