A 50-year-old pedestrian is in critical condition after being hit by a vehicle tonight (Wednesday) on Highway 4 to the north near the Gaha interchange.
MDA medic Eli Raymond said: "We saw an unconscious 50-year-old man on the road, with severe multi-system injuries, he was without a pulse and not breathing, we gave him medical treatment and evacuated him to a hospital during CPR operations when he was in critical condition.
We also checked the driver of the car, a 70-year-old man who did not need to be evacuated."
