A person died today as a result of the deterioration of a freight vehicle (Brad) on the Damascus-Daraa International Highway.
A source in the Ministry of Interior stated that the vehicle loaded with empty vegetable boxes deteriorated as a result of excessive speed, which led to it veering off the road and sliding towards the middle, and the driver died instantly.
The source added: A patrol from the Public Roads Police Station in Khirbet Ghazala came to the scene of the accident, where the deceased was transferred to the National Hospital in Daraa, removing the effects of the accident and organizing the necessary control.
