The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, spoke this evening (Wednesday) at a joint meeting with the President of Guinea-Bissau, said Sissoko Embello, and said that the cooperation between Jerusalem and Kiev has increased in recent days.
"Everyone is concerned about our relations with Israel. Everyone wants the warm relations that prevail between our societies and cultures. Honestly, I am satisfied with the fact that we started working together in the last few days. We are starting our cooperation," said Zelensky, referring to relations with Israel.
"There is a positive trend in our relations with Israel. I am satisfied with it and grateful for it," said Zelensky, adding that the intelligence services of the two countries have begun to cooperate, but refused to elaborate and talk about the issue.
In addition, the Ukrainian president claimed that information received by Kyiv from Israel regarding weapons supplied by Iran to the Russians confirmed previous information that Ukraine had.

Zelensky claimed that some of the information concerns the 400 suicide drones of the "Shahad-136" model that Iran supplied to the Russian army and which were used to attack infrastructure facilities and various civilian targets throughout Ukraine. Iran's growing involvement in military aid to Russia made headlines this week when it was revealed that Tehran intends to hand over thousands of vests, helmets and newer and more sophisticated models of drones and missiles to Moscow, something that will help the Russian army which is in short supply of weapons and advanced equipment.
