Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, announced that his country will soon put to a vote in the UN Security Council a draft resolution on biological laboratories in Ukraine.
And the website of Russia Today channel quoted Nebenzia as saying in a statement: “We have to conduct consultations first, and we do not propose to vote anything before we conduct consultations, unlike our Western partners,” noting that the United States’ ignoring of Russian inquiries about the activities of biological laboratories in Ukraine confirms that the Russian observations are justified. .
Nebenzia added: The draft resolution will include sending an expert mission for biological laboratories to the place in Ukraine.
Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, had confirmed last March that his country had information about the existence of a network of 30 biological centers in Ukraine, containing toxic and dangerous materials with the support of the United States.
