A 41-year-old motorcyclist was hit this evening (Friday) by a vehicle on Route 471 from the Sha'aria interchange to Mizrah (south of Petah Tikva).
MDA medics gave him medical treatment on the spot and performed CPR, which eventually led to his death.
MDA medics, Yosef Nahon and Shimon Pinchas, said: "We were traveling in the opposite lane when we saw the accident.
We immediately reported to MDA's 101 center and performed a U-turn to reach the wounded man who was lying unconscious on the road. He was without a pulse and not breathing and suffered from a very severe multi-system injury. We performed CPR on him but his injury was fatal and the paramedic in the MDA intensive care vehicle Determined his death."
