As if he wanted to give himself a little reprieve before taking the stage… When he was appointed Minister of National Education on May 20, Pap Ndiaye began by asking for a delay in the transfer of power.

His wife is abroad and he would like to wait for her return the next day so that she can attend the ceremony.

"Jean-Michel Blanquer had to call him to convince him," recalls a witness.

His entourage swears that nothing significant should be seen there.
