Al-Amal Association for People with Disabilities, which cares for children with motor cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and their integration into society, organized its eighth annual party today at Dar Al-Assad for Culture in Lattakia.
The ceremony included theatrical segments, a variety of singing and dancing performances with the participation of thirty children, in addition to two short performances, the first of which included an introduction to the role of the association in contributing to the integration of children into society, enhancing their talents and emphasizing their role in building a healthy and healthy society, while the second presentation included introducing the mechanism of stem cell therapy and its role in rehabilitation.
The head of the Hope Society, Raghda Issa, explained in a statement to SANA reporter that this ceremony is the result of coordinated, renewed and diversified programs according to the needs of children, taking into account individual differences, and strengthening their strengths to be effective and productive within their families and in society according to educational programs and international standards.
The children's trainer, Fabiola Subspi, pointed out that the children were trained by integrating them with their natural peers on a set of skills with the aim of accepting the other, enhancing their self-confidence and exercising their role in society, indicating that the training took nearly a month to culminate today with thirteen different performances, pointing out that the ages of Children range from five to eighteen years old.
