There could be a billionaire Powerball winner.
After no ticket matched all the winning numbers on Saturday, the Powerball jackpot grew to an estimated $1 billion for Monday's drawing, just as Halloween arrives.
Can I play Powerball if I am a foreigner?
In Powerball's 30-year history, it's only the second time the jackpot has risen to $1,000.
And, if someone wins this Monday, it will be the second largest prize ever awarded for this game.
When is the Powerball played?
According to the website for this game, Powerball is played three times a week: every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
On those days, the drawing always takes place at 10:59 pm ET.
The game is available in 45 US states, Washington, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
