Tutzing - A brazen thief breaks open a cellar door in Tutzing and steals a pedelec worth 4,000 euros.
The police are securing DNA and are looking for witnesses to the incident.
According to the police, the incident happened between Monday and Wednesday, October 31 and November 2.
A previously unknown perpetrator stole a pedelec from a basement compartment on Bräuhausstrasse in Tutzing.
31-year-old woman noticed open door of her basement compartment
A 31-year-old noticed on Wednesday that the door of her basement compartment was open.
On closer inspection, the injured party found that the door was damaged and her pedelec was missing.
The value of the bike is over 4,000 euros.
A patrol crew from the Starnberg Police Inspectorate was able to identify clear lever marks on the door and secure DNA.
