French President Emmanuel Macron said on Monday 7 November that he had raised the case of Egypt's most famous political detainee, Alaa Abdel Fattah, with his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah al-Sissi, adding that the latter had "
undertaken that his health is preserved
