A serious accident in Tel Aviv:
a 25-year-old pedestrian was killed today (Monday) by being hit by a bus on Heil Hasharon road in the south of the city.
MDA teams located him with multi-system damage, without signs of life, and had to pronounce him dead.
Liran Elgarbali, an emergency medical medic riding an MDA motorcycle, described: "When we arrived, we saw the man lying on the road near Otov.
He was unconscious, pulseless and not breathing.
We performed medical tests, but he was without signs of life, and unfortunately we had to pronounce him dead."
Meanwhile, a 5-year-old girl was seriously injured today in a car accident between two vehicles on Highway 85 near Karmiel.
She was referred to the Galilee medical center in Nahariya, where we were informed that she is sedated and ventilated and suffers from a head injury.
The medical center also said that the 5-year-old was placed in a shock room for treatment and imaging.
In the accident, a 6-year-old girl was also moderately injured with bruises on her limbs, and three people were slightly injured.
Traffic examiners of the police arrived at the scene and began to examine the circumstances of the accident.

David Menachem, an emergency medic riding an MDA motorcycle, said: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw a serious accident.
One vehicle was standing on the traffic block with severe damage to its side, and the other vehicle was partly in the lane and partly on the traffic block.
A 5-year-old girl was rescued from one of the vehicles when she was unconscious with a multisystem injury, and was taken to the hospital in a serious condition in an MDA intensive care unit.
The other four who were moderately and lightly injured were treated on the spot, and were evacuated in MDA ambulances for further treatment when their condition is stable."
