The new British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak promised Tuesday, November 8 that the United Kingdom would remain "

a foundation of NATO for generations

" and announced new aid for the Ukrainian army, before receiving the boss of the Alliance Atlantic.

Jens Stoltenberg will be the first international leader received in Downing Street by the Conservative head of government on Wednesday since taking office at the end of October.

According to the Prime Minister's office, they will discuss support for Ukraine against Russia and the modernization of NATO.
