Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi stressed that cooperation between independent countries constitutes the strongest response to the embargo and destabilizing policies pursued by America and its allies.
During his meeting with the Secretary of the Russian National Security Council Nikolai Patrushev in Tehran today, Raisi pointed out the need to raise the level of strategic relations between the two countries in various fields, pointing out that Iran's principled policy is based on avoiding wars.
Raisi said: "The expansion of conflicts and escalation in the region constitutes an element of concern for all regional countries."
In turn, Patrushev pointed to the need to strengthen cooperation between Moscow and Tehran in various fields, especially in international forums, saying: "We are making unremitting efforts with the aim of developing bilateral cooperation in the political, trade, energy, agricultural and transit fields."
Patrushev stressed that the multipolar system is in the interest of all countries of the world.
