After Argentina's win against the United Arab Emirates and Mexico's defeat against Sweden, among other results, this Thursday there will be a new series of friendly matches before the start of the World Cup in Qatar.
Among the main matches, Spain will face Jordan while Portugal, with all the controversy over the situation of Cristiano Ronaldo, will play Nigeria.

How much money do the teams earn for playing in the Qatar 2022 World Cup?

Thirty-two teams will seek to win soccer's greatest glory at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, which will be played from November 20 to December 18.
In addition to the honor and prestige that playing this tournament gives you, the World Cup also offers prizes to each of the participants.
It is well known that national teams have various sources of income in competitions of this type, such as those derived from sponsorships.
But, added to this, the World Cup tournament has a guaranteed bag for all the qualifiers.
Since its 2020 Annual Report, FIFA had already announced that it would have a budget of US$ 1,696 million to invest in the World Cup in Qatar this year.
Of that total, indicates the soccer organization, 26% will go to prizes for the national teams.
This is equal to US$ 440 million, which will be distributed in each of the phases of the tournament: groups, round of 16, quarter, third and fourth places, and the final of the World Cup.

Mexico does not arrive well at the World Cup in Qatar.
The team led by the Argentine Gerardo "Tata" Martino added more doubts this Wednesday by losing 2-1 in their last friendly before the tournament against Sweden.
The "Tri" had control of the game for almost 90 minutes, but could not materialize their chances and suffered the forcefulness of the Europeans, who did not qualify for the World Cup

Argentina thrashed in their last friendly: all the statistics from the win against the United Arab Emirates
Argentina achieved an unquestionable win this Wednesday against the United Arab Emirates, in their last friendly match before their World Cup debut next Tuesday against Saudi Arabia.
With two goals from Ăngel Di MarĂa and one each from Lionel Messi, JuliĂĄn Ălvarez and JoaquĂn Correa, the team led by Lionel Scaloni won 5-0 in the match played in Abu Dhabi.
