There is a gap between the very often theatrical positions taken by the executive and the reality of the execution of public policies.

This impotence, proportional to the emphasis of the discourse, accentuates the


civic crisis while the magnitude of the challenges to be met precisely requires civic mobilization.

How are local elected officials living their mandate at the end of 2022?

Being mayor is a life commitment and a responsibility requiring great professionalism.

I have met more than 5200 mayors this year and very often I have felt great passion.
