Olivier Dussopt is not the government's most charismatic minister.

Far from the rantings of his noisy colleagues, he plows through his files, obstinate and discreet.
And it works: after the reform of the public service in 2019, the Minister of Labor completes that, sensitive and highly symbolic, of unemployment insurance.
