This plural is essential.
Both for the word “Catholic” and for that of “right”.
It expresses the nuance and complexity rendered by this 775-page work.
Impossible, after reading, to come out with a caricatural idea in the singular, that of the imaginary catho of the typical right, “lodenized” and so easily mocked.
An uneven lexicon certainly offers, at the end of the volume, the words “loden”, “cornettes” or “large family” as markers, but it contains entries that are much more serious and significant.
