In his restaurant in Cáceres, the chef offers

"a cuisine of a high technical level and with creative accents where, through a unique and complete tasting menu" the flavors of the Extremadura region "are the main protagonists"

, according to the Michelin Guide.

“We are two children

from the El Carmelo neighborhood

(in Barcelona)

who had a dream.

We have achieved it, although there is still a long way to go

,” said Sergio Torres, together with his brother.

Spain has also added three new 2-star restaurants to its list, bringing the number of establishments in this category to 34.
