The incident happened at 2:00 am on August 6 this year, a murder occurred opposite a restaurant in Tsing Ling Lane, Tuen Mun.
There were three men who were suspected of being attacked with a hard object.
Rescuers rushed to the scene and found a 22-year-old man, Liang Xjia, with a head injury. He was unconscious and sent to Tuen Mun Hospital for treatment.
The 22-year-old man was certified dead at 2.59pm on August 8.
After further investigation, the police classified the case as murder.
The police arrested a 21-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy on August 6. The 17-year-old boy was charged with one count of "murder" and two counts of "wounding". The 21-year-old man was released on bail Investigation; On August 8, another 17-year-old boy was arrested and was temporarily charged with two crimes of "wounding"; on August 12, two more men, aged 32 and 20, were arrested on suspicion of assaulting the other two Injured men, each temporarily charged with two counts of "wounding"; On August 30, another 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with one count of murder and three counts of wounding; on September 10 and September 11 , arrested two 16-year-old boys in Tuen Mun and Kwun Tong respectively. Today (December 11) 4 more people were arrested on suspicion of "wounding" and are being detained at Tin Shui Wai Police Station for further investigation.
