The coalition negotiations are still far from over and Torah Judaism requires agreements on two issues that are particularly important to them: the conscription law and the yeshiva budget. Also, today (Monday), the faction accused Likud members of leaks and public delegitimization against the background of the negotiations and demands between the parties.
On the issue of the conscription law, Torah Judaism demanded that a law be passed with a new wording that does not include meeting conscription targets or imposing sanctions in case of non-conscription.
Likud, on the other hand, wants to pass the law drafted by the Ministry of Defense that was already brought to the Knesset by Defense Minister Benny Gantz and passed only on first reading.
As I recall, the High Court of Justice approved the postponement of the law until 2023.
The ultra-Orthodox also demand that the yeshiva budget that is identified be included in the basis of the overall budget and will not have to be approved by the Knesset every time.

Today, the ultra-Orthodox accused the Likud members that due to the controversy and in an attempt to "remove" them from the demands - the Likud members leaked a document of demands of Torah Judaism that includes various different clauses.
Among the demands published this evening on News 12 are items such as financial support for generators to produce electricity on Shabbat, funding for the genizah, expanding the number of separate beaches, establishing institutes to answer halachic questions, the option for every citizen to be buried in the ground and not in the upper floors, and more.
Torah Jews were furious with the Likud last night and claimed that they were the ones who leaked the document, a source in the party told "Israel Today" that "there are serious issues on the agenda, but the Likud people leaked parts to cause public pressure and tell us that we need to compromise and end the negotiations.

The Likud said that "contrary to the publication in News 12, the published list is a list of demands of Torah Judaism and not an agreement that the Likud agreed to. For example, the Likud does not agree on the prohibition of stopping electricity production on Shabbat, the expansion of the separate beaches and other things that were brought up in the talks. Any final agreement will preserve the status quo which has been customary for years in matters of religion and state."
The incoming opposition rushed to attack the Likud on the background of the publication.
Prime Minister Yair Lapid said that "the agreement between Torah Judaism and Likud is a disgraceful surrender agreement. Bibi is astonishingly weak and is leading us to a Halacha state. Ben Gvir continues to demand
Torah Jews are not the only ones who are still in the negotiations, the appointed minister Itamar Ben Gabir also appeared at the faction meeting and repeated his demand to accept the position of Acting Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Legislation, Ben Gabir accused Likud officials of refusing the demand to prevent the formation of the government.
According to Ben Gvir "there are senior MKs in Likud who prevent Netanyahu from forming a government."
