A feast for carnivores.

The Mesk Lagaziel boutique butchery joins the kosher food community "Dethelishes" and three kosher chef restaurants, and opens 2023 with a week of festive menus including special dishes on the purity of the meat.

Safra in Rehovot, for example, will serve lamb chops on pea cream, lentil ragout, chestnut quinoa and pomegranate seeds;

02 The Jerusalemite will offer a skewer of butchers' steak in charcoal, alongside creamed corn and glazed carrots;

while the Tel Aviv West Side will treat you to a sabaha of veal almonds on charcoal, with shifka vinaigrette, parna pieces in a salad of tamarind leaves and blush.

The festival will start on December 31 and end on January 5.

Norder restaurant bar (Dizengoff 245, Tel Aviv) collaborates with Champagne Moet & Chando for a New Year's Eve dinner by chef Lior Cohen.

On the menu: plenty of specials such as fish tartar, acorn crackers and yogurt aioli;

winter beets, dibs, shanklish, pecans and soursop;

Corn cream, sea bass and potato crisps;

and a beef bun, shredded brisket and dashi aioli.

For NIS 289 per diner, you will receive two starters, a middle course, a main course and dessert.

And if you are already there, you are invited to sip a bubbly cocktail or two for NIS 49 per glass.

The winter menu of the Herbert Samuel restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Herzliya (Hashunit 4), will be launched - and this is no coincidence - on New Year's Eve.

The dishes consist of only Israeli ingredients, and are proud of chef Avival Sandrossi's interpretation of Moroccan cuisine, alongside influences from Asian and Eastern European cuisine.

So what do you eat?

Seafood bar (fish fillet on the plancha, green risotto, beet cream, lemon and saffron sauce - NIS 145);

Whole lamb (baked on a stone, Jerusalem artichoke confit and fennel, chard and spicy tomato salsa - NIS 178);

Goose breast (pumpkin with hot spices, bok choy, orange gastrique, carrot and coconut cream, chili, fresh salad in ponzo - NIS 136);

Cassava sweet potato (confit, cream of white roots, mushroom and chestnut crumble, poached egg - NIS 68);

Aged prime rib on the bone (organic green vegetables and roasted potatoes in gremolata - NIS 68 per 100 grams) and more.

On the occasion of the launch of the menu, the restaurant will open on December 31 for two rounds, at 20:30 and 22:00.

Aviv Moshe's Marie Restaurant (Tsafet Community 3, Netanya) will collaborate with Castiel Winery and Raziel Winery for a New Year's Eve that will boast live music, an upgraded cocktail menu, and of course - a selection of the chef's specials.

Open notebooks: tuna tartare (flax cracker, red tuna, stewed tomatoes, horseradish root aioli, fennel and avocado salad and toasted rice crunch - NIS 74);

Lamb tomato (roasted tomato carpaccio, lamb tartar balls, ground almonds, shallot and scordilia onion skins, maple caramelized pine nuts and lace bread twill - NIS 78);

Foie gras (berry patisserie, burnt brioche and orchid coulis with coconut pieces and mint - NIS 128);

Mediterranean locust fillet in a garlic and honey crust (ravioli filled with roasted kohlrabi, roasted tomatoes, Jerusalem artichoke cream, tomato seed vinaigrette and vine leaf chips with tasos olive chips and aniseed - NIS 152);

and lamb chops (meat empanadas and chickpeas on Jerusalem artichoke cream and Demi Glas with pearl roast - NIS 239).

The temple restaurant Khashara (9 HaPsagot, Park Ofer, Petah Tikva) and chef Liran Blue have two rounds to celebrate: both the end of the civil year, and the launch of the place's private room.

What does this mean for you?

A tasting meal that will be spread over two days (12.29 and 12.31) which includes 10 dishes: caramelized honey leaf with goose breast brazaola;

Handmade tortellini filled with Jerusalem artichoke with roasted forest mushrooms;

New Year's Eve in a Spanish style: Onza from Hippo (Rabbi Hanina 3) joins the Villarnau winery from Barcelona for a New Year's dinner with a variety of dishes that correspond with the brand's cava.

The meal will be divided into four rounds, where in each round several sharing dishes will be served.

On offer: chopped sheitel (grilled brioche with bone marrow, aioli and beef stock);

Turkish spinach fennel;

long-cooked portion (red wine, hot spices, hummus and leek stew);

Fig leaf fish (sea fish stuffed with lemons and thyme, wrapped in fig leaves and grilled in Tabon) and more.

New Year's Eve with a Vietnamese vibe: K-Fah Hanoi Khashara (Malchi Israel 3, Tel Aviv) and Moshu cocktail bar launch for New Year's Eve (starting at 19:00) specials such as dragon ball dog (musser sea fish stuffed with fresh leaves and seasonal fruits in a sweet and sour sauce - NIS 69);

Beef gyoza (beef stock and spices - NIS 52);

Beef fillet medallion (200 grams, grilled in demi-glas sauce alongside a Parisian potato, roasted green vegetables and confit garlic - NIS 145);

and a flavored mochi dessert (NIS 49).

New Year's Eve in a cinematic segment: the Planet chain upgrades the menu of its VIP complexes on New Year's Eve.

If you come to Diner & A Moby on December 31 starting at 4:00 p.m., you can stop by new special stations that will serve you, among other things, an endless supply of croissants with three fillings (berry cheese, caramelized pears and candied pecans; cream cheese, salmon caviar and leaves Dill; and Tuna Prixa).

Other blockbusters: the smoked portobello burger station and the apple streusel station.

Assaf Granit's Workshop (28 Hebron Road, Jerusalem) and Johnnie Walker Whiskey collaborate on a New Year's Eve dinner for the launch of the brand's Cities of the Future collector's edition, designed by artist Luke Hulse.

The meal that Granit created especially for the event will include dishes, some of which combine whiskey, and consists of an appetizer, four starters, three main courses and two desserts to choose from.

Among the dishes: heavy feta and Double Back, Moroccan cookie, beef stock and onions;

and Blue Label chocolate mousse, chocolate twill, olive oil and coarse salt.

The New Year's celebrations will be held at the Nina Binacha Hachshara restaurant (9 Bossi St. George, BILO complex) on January 1, 2023. Special guest: Frida Kahlo. No, really: the restaurant space will be designed in the spirit of the famous Mexican painter, and the menu will include specials Inspired by it, under the direction of Chef Dodo Ben Abu. This is one of the dishes that you will find on New Year's Eve at the Asian Bioza (Einstein 10, Tel Aviv).

It is joined by sea bass fillet with soba noodles (dashi stock, green vegetables, shiitake mushrooms and hot chili - NIS 128);

"Purple Rain" sushi (seared tuna, white fish, avocado and chives wrapped in daikon, placed on wasabi beet cream - NIS 94);
