'I passed the tornado hiding under my truck,' says Griffin tornado survivor

At least nine people were killed in Georgia and Alabama, including a five-year-old child, from storms and tornadoes in both states;

the authorities decreed a state of emergency.

Preliminarily 35 tornadoes have been confirmed precisely in the two states, but also in Kentucky.
