Eight years after its creation, the Russian paramilitary group Wagner is arguably as well known as the composer from whom it takes its name.
It must be said that, since 2014, this private Russian military company, founded by businessman Evgueni Prigojine, has been talked about a lot.
And not for the right reasons.
Recruitment within prisons, supply of arms to North Korea, suspicions of exactions, war crimes, repeated violations of human rights… The reproaches are numerous.
So much so that the United States decided on Friday to designate the group as an "international criminal organization" - a resolution that will be applied in the coming days.
