The Organizing Committee of the 9th Andrey Stenin International Russian Competition for Young Photojournalists announced the opening of the door for accepting artworks for the year 2023 from all over the world.
Aksana Oleinik, supervisor of the Andrei Stenin International Competition and director of the Visual Projects Office at the international news agency Rossiya Segodnya, explained that professional photographers between the ages of 18 and 33 will participate in the competition by presenting their work on the site in Russian, English and Chinese, noting that it is possible to For young photographers to submit one work and one series, and that the door for admission to apply for the competition will be open to those wishing until the 28th of this month.
It is noteworthy that the competition for Andrei Stenin, a Russian journalist who was killed in the summer of 2014 on the border with the Donetsk People's Republic while performing his journalistic duty, was held last year with the support of the most prominent Russian and international media, news agencies and the photographers community for the competition.
