Today, an earthquake measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale shook Tissemsilt, western Algeria.
Algerian media quoted the National Center for Seismology, Al-Karagh, as saying: The epicenter of the earthquake is located 8 km northeast of Bordj Emir Abdel-Qader in the state of Tissemsilt, indicating that no material or human losses were recorded.
It is noteworthy that Algeria witnessed during the past few days more than one earthquake in several states.
