1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk or a non-dairy milk alternative with no added sugar
2 ripe bananas - the riper the better
2 cups of oatmeal
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon: In very small amounts, Ceylon cinnamon is safe for dogs and may even provide health benefits, such as lowering blood sugar and blood lipid levels, or being an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever.
It is important to use Ceylon cinnamon, which contains only 0.8 g of coumarin per kg.
Because dogs should not take in more than 0.1 mg coumarin per kg body weight per day.
1-1.5 tablespoons cooking oil (e.g. coconut oil)
1/2 cup peanut butter (make sure it's xylitol-free)
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and cook the pancakes on a skillet over medium-high heat (use about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake), flip pancakes as soon as you notice bubbles and cook until until lightly browned and cooked through, garnish with peanut butter and blueberries.
