The Israeli government held talks with Saudi Arabia on developing closer military and intelligence ties in light of growing concerns about Iran.
This was reported this evening (Friday) by the Bloomberg news agency.
According to the report, the talks are being led by the United States government.
We also claimed that another meeting is expected to take place in Prague after the Munich conference.
"The sitting of these countries at the same table with Israel is in the interest of stability and security in the region," said the Deputy Secretary of Defense for Middle Eastern Affairs of the United States this week.
