Guard meeting in Zolling on carnival Saturday: That meant costumes, fun and lots of action.
There was a lot going on in the town hall.

A total of eleven Gardens and several show dance groups from the district and the region presented their rousing program - to thunderous applause from the audience.
During the two-year break, the big guard meeting at Narrhalla Zolling was a lavish party.
It was opened with a true dance spectacle: the guard girls and the show dancers of the Narrhalla Gammelsdorf went high.
Not only did they master their breathtaking three-storey lifting figures with flying colours.
During the acrobatic dance sequences, the participants literally whirled through the air.
There had to be a lot of trust to let yourself be thrown up in such a spectacular way.

The guard meeting lasted until the evening - until many a small carnival fan was already tired.

Orange and black dominated the costumes of the "Fighters", as the Gammelsdorfer aptly called their choreography.
How eagerly the little dancers of the Narrhalla Zolling and the Teenie-Guard have practiced in the last six months to bring joy to the foolish people in the fifth season, was considered with a lot of applause.
With their adorable glittering green costumes, the very small Narrhalla offspring offered an enchanting choreography that the two trainers Annemarie Holzner and Maria Wiesheu had rehearsed with them - including dreamy moments.
There were plenty of them at the performance of the Narrhallen Attenkirchen, Hallbergmoos, Nandlstadt, Ilmmünster and the OCV Steinkirchen in the afternoon.
The show dance group "Members of Dance" of the TSV Grüntegernbach from the district of Erding showed carnival show dance theater in a class, as did the group "Carambas" of the carnival community Haag in Upper Bavaria.
Highlights into the evening
The highlights continued into the evening.
The Starlights Ergolding, the Red Diamonds Velden, the Schleißheimer Narrenrat and the Pfarrkirchener Narrenkobel also performed demanding and powerful acrobatics with breathtaking jumps and figures.
Of course, Narrhalla Zolling had also taken care of the physical well-being: a large cake buffet, tasty pizza slices and other hearty snacks had been prepared.
A big compliment to the organizers.
A foolish and entertaining carnival Saturday could not have been better organized.
