Aliens, astronauts and space girls: Outer space was the motto of carnival on Shrove Monday in Schliersee.
External conditions were no less than galactically good.
Schliersee
- When an extraterrestrial taps the barrel, then it's Shrove Monday in Schliersee.
And who, as a green-orange alien with antennae dangling on his head, filled the mugs with free beer, was only recognized by many a Maschkera at second glance: Deputy Mayor Peter Sprenger had the honor of representing City Hall Chief Franz Schnitzenbaumer during the foolish goings-on at the station square.

After the barrel was empty, the astronauts, superheroes and space girls as well as all the other disguised people headed towards Sportheim in galactically good weather.
The band had the rudder of the Schliersee carnival spaceship before the "music from the can" (carnival hits on tape) arrived at the destination.
Social get-together at the sports home
Social gatherings were the focus here.
On one side the little Martians were playing soccer, on the other they were catapulting themselves into the blue sky on the swings in the playground.
In the middle of it all, the adults celebrated at temperatures suitable for a barbecue on the large terrace of the sports center.
Not surprisingly, the TSV counter was well frequented.
At a later hour, the countdown to the "spacey carnival" in Schliersee began to tick again: The landing of the Haushamer Prinzengarde on the neighboring Schliersee carnival planet was announced for 6 p.m.
