On commemorating the first anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, José Manuel Albares, Spain's Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, assured that "no peace plan is needed for peace to return to Ukraine and Europe."
The diplomat affirms that it is enough for President Vladimir Putin to tell his soldiers "to return within the borders of the Russian Federation, which they never had to leave."
