Today, the Syrian Trust for Development received more than 200 different parcels as relief aid provided by Syrian families residing in Russia, sent through the Syrian Embassy in Moscow to Damascus International Airport.
The Municipality indicated in a news item it posted on its Facebook page that the aid included food, medical medicines, clothes, baby formula and other basic supplies provided within the framework of the ongoing emergency response campaign to face the repercussions of the earthquake.
The Municipality indicated that its teams worked to unload the cargo from the plane, transport it immediately, and provide it with daily distributions in the affected governorates.
