Building collapses under the authorities' noses after a magnitude 5.2 aftershock in Turkey

In the province of Malatya, Turkey, without the action of man and before the eyes of the authorities who can do nothing in the face of the imminent collapse, a building completely collapsed to the ground after the 5.2 magnitude aftershock of the earthquake at the beginning of the month which has left more than 50,000 deaths in Syria and Turkey.

Nearly 200 people have been detained in Turkey for allegedly deficient construction of buildings, according to the country's Ministry of Justice.
