Asem company issued a recall this evening (Thursday) on Bamba 60 gram packages sold in a case of four units.
This, due to complaints and following a concern that there was a piece of packaging inside the bags.
Masem stated that the recall only concerns the bags marked with batch number 2339866131 and barcode 7290001302279 which will expire on March 5, 2023. Consumers who have the product are asked by the company not to consume it, and to call customer service to receive a replacement product.

The company also stated that this is a one-off malfunction concerning a limited number of packages, and that Asem is working to collect the products from the shelves and is working in cooperation with the food service in the Ashkelon district.
"Quality and safety are Asem's top priorities, we apologize for the malfunction and will continue to work to ensure the quality of its products," they added.
