Zheng Dahong, representing the Civic Party, and Pan Xi, a senior lawyer of Leung Kwok-hung of the Social Democracy League, made a cross-examination today. He pointed out that Au Nuoxuan recorded a total of 7 video interviews between July and August 2021.

Zheng Dahong did not attend the Civic Party and district meeting
As mentioned earlier by Au, he and Dai Yaoting met with the Civic Party Executive Committee in February 2020. Au claimed that he could not distinguish whether the attendees were executive members.
Judge Chen Qingwei asked whether Zheng Dahong attended the meeting. Au said that Zheng did not, and pointed out that during the meeting, the party said that it would be more difficult to veto the budget if it involved members of functional groups or candidates.
