Except that these days, the boss of the PCF has other fish to fry than going to shoot popular successful films or sleep under the canvas in Corsica, his favorite destination.
His sparkling blue eye, laughing, goes in zig-zag these days.
His head is spinning as he is supported by some, harshly decried by others.
An undeterred optimist
Fabien Roussel has just published a new book, on the reconstruction of the left:

It's his mantra.
His somewhat vintage dream of a united and radiant left around a powerful communist party, made up of workers guided by a sense of the common good and work that makes people grow, without alienating.
For these clear lines, well drawn, on the defense of small trades, the land, good meals...
