The presentation was led by the Minister of Women, Gender and Diversity, Ayelén Mazzina. Enacom initiated a summary.

The Government denounced the journalists Viviana Canosa and Laura Di Marco before Enacom for considering that they launched

"violent, discriminatory and aggravating" expressions

towards Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and her daughter Florencia.

The expressions to which the Government points occurred on Thursday, April 6 when the driver, Canosa, and Di Marco referred to an alleged "galloping anorexia nervosa" of the Vice President's daughter.

In the complaint, presented by the Minister for Women, Gender and Diversity, Ayelén Mazzina, before the head of Enacom, Claudio Ambrosini, the agency is asked to order the "pertinent measures" in relation to the words used by Canosa and Di Marco in the program "+ Viviana".

The vice president of the organization, Gustavo López, announced that the LN+ channel could receive "a significant fine" and from the College of Psychoanalysts they warned about the "

dangerousness" of the "lightness"

with which statements were made about the former president and her daughter. .

Enacom reported that it initiated an investigation against LN+ "in view of the alleged violation of the Audiovisual Communication Services Law (LSCA) in the +Viviana program, where stigmatizing and discriminatory statements about the Vice President of the Nation and her daughter would have been disseminated

.

"

The agency specified that, if in the summary they detect this violation, they will move forward with the measures provided for in article 102 "of the law" so that the person responsible for the LN+ signal makes his defense.

In the program, the journalists also alluded to Florencia Kirchner's personal issues, based on images she posted on her Instagram and treating her as someone suffering from a disease, to later speculate on the reasons for this alleged clinical picture.

In the text of the complaint it was indicated that in that program both Canosa and Di Marco poured "aggressions, expletives,

violent, discriminatory and offensive expressions, attacks

, gestures and various manifestations contrary to the legal system in order to harass and intimidate" Fernández de Kirchner and his daughter Florencia.

These expressions, the text warned, "collide with what is regulated in Law 23,592 on discriminatory acts and, on the other hand,

configured acts of psychological, political, public-political and symbolic violence

for gender reasons", as established in different articles of the "law 26,485 of Comprehensive Protection of Women".

The letter also maintained that "certain messages build and reinforce sociocultural patterns that are far removed from the effort to

prevent and eradicate gender-based violence and discrimination

, while at the same time they are themselves acts of violence", for which reason, it stressed, " must be analyzed in a context of gender violence".

In the complaint they also made reference to the assassination attempt on the Vice President: "Without going any further, the attempted magnifemicide committed against Cristina Fernández de Kirchner on September 1, 2022 is inseparable from the series of previous sustained, growing violence that enabled and validated that fact," they said.

They also point out in the presentation that "the use of aggression, intimidation, discriminatory and violent expressions, and harassment against Florencia Kirchner" has the purpose of "

undermining and nullifying her mother's political participation

."

The vice president of Enacom, Gustavo López, for his part, announced that the channel La Nación + "will receive a fine that could be significant" for the expressions expressed by Di Marco in the program hosted by Canosa, which he defined as "stigmatization and falsehood ".

In an interview with Radio Provincia, the official said that "there was a discriminatory question for political reasons because it is the daughter of the Vice President" and called the statements of Di Marco and Canosa "aberrant".

Also, in statements to C5N.com, López explained that the Enacom inspectors will analyze whether the journalists violated any of the regulations in force in the Audiovisual Communication Services Law and that between tomorrow and Wednesday "the evaluators will issue an opinion where they will say if whether or not there was a violation of any of the rules.
