Segault products thus equip all French nuclear submarines and many nuclear power plants around the world.
The French company is a subsidiary of the Canadian Velan.
However, the latter is the subject of a takeover bid launched on February 10 by the American company Flowserve.
This change of nationality of the shareholder of Segault poses a real problem of sovereignty.
